Returns

We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Although we take great care in selecting the products we supply, we understand that you may occasionally need to return an item.

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. To begin the process, please email us at support@dentalequipmentsolutions.co.uk with your order number and we will provide the necessary instructions.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, including all original packaging, accessories and documentation. Products showing signs of wear or use cannot be refunded.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund promptly.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged, please inform the delivery provider at the time of receipt and contact us on the same day with clear photographs of the issue. This helps us address the matter quickly with our courier partners.

We will cover the cost of returning any damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please keep all original packaging, as it may be required for safe transport.

All returns must be authorised by our customer service team before they are arranged. Once approved, we will organise a replacement or provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Damage that occurs after the item has been used is not covered unless supported by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet been dispatched will be refunded in full.
If your order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be handled under our 30 day return policy and return delivery costs will apply.

Additional Return Information

Some products or suppliers may have return conditions that differ from the details above. These will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

We supply products intended for ongoing, practical use within dental environments. Orders placed for temporary or one time use cannot be returned. This includes items purchased for exhibitions, events or promotional purposes.
