Shipping Information
Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. We believe in keeping things clear and straightforward, so there are no hidden charges or unexpected delivery fees.

Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This shows that your order has been received and your payment method has been pre authorised.
We will then check stock availability with our suppliers. If an item is not available or subject to delay, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the pre authorisation will be voided.
If the item is available for prompt dispatch, we will process your payment and begin preparing your order.
Order Dispatch
Orders that are in stock will normally be dispatched within three working days of payment being processed.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not received this within four working days of placing your order, please contact us at [email address] and we will be happy to assist.
Damages on Arrival
Please inspect the condition of the packaging at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, note this with the courier or decline the delivery if appropriate.
If you accept delivery, take photographs of the packaging and item as soon as possible and email them to support@dentalequipmentsolutions.co.uk.

We will review the information and arrange a replacement or a suitable resolution.
